Personal Timing
Run Clock, Standard, EMOM, AMRAP, Rounds, Tabata, and Custom Interval timers for home workouts, garage gym sessions, travel training, or open gym work.
RepIt Timer
RepIt Timer starts with individual use: clean workout timers, saved personal setups, and simple access from your RepIt Labs profile. As your needs grow, coach and gym tools unlock richer class flow.
Core functionality
Run Clock, Standard, EMOM, AMRAP, Rounds, Tabata, and Custom Interval timers for home workouts, garage gym sessions, travel training, or open gym work.
Save repeated personal timer setups so warm-ups, conditioning pieces, intervals, and benchmark attempts can be launched without rebuilding the clock every time.
Large-format timer screens, clear mode labels, direction controls, fullscreen behavior, and audio cues make the clock easy to follow from across the room.
Elite expands the personal timer into guided launch points for Benchmark, Hero, and Open WOD-style sessions without hunting for the right clock format.
Extended functionality
RepIt Timer can grow from a personal training clock into a coaching tool. Elite access unlocks class builder and class display functionality for organizing warm-ups, strength blocks, workouts, rest periods, and cool-downs into a smoother class flow. Future gym plans can add team, branding, and shared-library controls for facilities that need more than individual accounts.
Mode guide
Use Clock when the room needs a clear time reference. Use Standard for warm-ups, skill windows, open-ended cooldowns, or simple countdowns where one large clock is enough.
Use EMOM for repeated starts on the minute, lifting waves, or skill practice. Use AMRAP when athletes need one continuous time cap with optional pacing cues.
Use Rounds for station work, partner intervals, and conditioning blocks with predictable work and rest. Use Tabata for short, repeatable sprint intervals.
Use Custom for mixed work/rest patterns that do not repeat cleanly. Use Class Blocks when a coach wants warm-up, strength, workout, and cooldown segments in one display flow.
Setup workflow
Pick the timer mode, enter the work and rest details, choose count direction, set warning cues, then launch the display view. Display pages are designed for fullscreen use, large-distance readability, keyboard controls, and audio cue support. Saved setups help repeat common warm-ups, conditioning pieces, benchmark attempts, and class templates without rebuilding the same clock each session.
Common questions
Yes. The 3-2-1 Go timer path opens core timer modes for quick use. A free Basic account adds profile access and saved timer slots.
Modern mobile browsers may require a user action before audio can play. Starting the timer from the page usually unlocks cue playback for that session.
Test the display device, speaker volume, fullscreen behavior, and warning cues before class starts. Save repeatable formats so the clock is ready when the workout begins.
Saved timers preserve repeated setup details such as mode, duration, rounds, rest, direction, and warning seconds so routine training formats are easier to relaunch.
