This Privacy Policy explains how RepIt Labs, LLC expects to collect, use, disclose, and retain information through RepIt Labs websites, RepIt Timer, accounts, waitlists, invite-code tools, programming resources, wellness resources, and related services. Information We Collect

Account registration and waitlist signup may collect your name, email address, selected tier, and related account preferences. Account registration may also collect a password hash, timezone, legal acceptance timestamps, and marketing opt-in preference. RepIt Labs may record operational signup, waitlist, and login metadata such as source IP address, forwarded IP header, browser user agent, accept-language header, referral page, selected tier, invite-code use, login success or failure status, and event timestamp for security, abuse review, launch outreach, and product diagnostics.

Timer, Profile, And Training Data

RepIt Labs may store saved timer settings, class templates, workout preferences, account-backed profile details, experience level, training goals, workout focus, lift benchmarks, workout results, and related notes when you choose to provide them.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, provide timer access, support invite-code and waitlist access, operate admin and account controls, improve the product, communicate with users, review abuse or security issues, and prepare future paid subscription features.

Billing Data

Paid subscription billing is planned through Stripe or another payment provider. RepIt Labs, LLC may store customer and subscription references, while the payment provider handles payment details according to its own policies.

Cookies And Local Storage

RepIt Timer currently uses browser localStorage for timer settings, saved presets, and display preferences. Account features may combine local browser storage with server-backed profile storage and secure authentication cookies.

Google Advertising And Cookies

RepIt Labs may use Google AdSense or related Google advertising services on public pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, may place or read cookies on your browser, use web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers, and serve ads based on your visits to RepIt Labs websites or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to users based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.

Retention

Operational signup and login telemetry is intended to be retained for up to one year, then deleted by automated or operational retention processes. Account records, legal acceptance timestamps, waitlist records, billing references, and admin activity may be retained longer when needed to provide the service, support launch outreach, maintain security history, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Sharing And Disclosure

RepIt Labs, LLC does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate hosting, payment processing, email, analytics, security, customer support, or related business functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect RepIt Labs, LLC, users, or others.

Your Choices
