These Terms of Use govern your access to RepIt Labs websites, RepIt Timer, account features, waitlists, invite-code tools, programming resources, wellness resources, and related services operated by RepIt Labs, LLC. Use Of RepIt Labs
RepIt Labs provides timing tools, programming support, wellness resources, and account-backed training features. You agree to use the service responsibly, provide accurate account information, and avoid disrupting, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or misusing the platform.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. RepIt Labs, LLC may block, restrict, restore, suspend, or delete accounts when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate misuse, or manage tester and invite-code access.
Legal Acceptance
Account creation requires acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and the Liability Waiver. By creating or using an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted those documents and that you are responsible for deciding whether RepIt Labs services are appropriate for your health, fitness level, equipment, environment, and training goals.
Invite Codes, Waitlists, And Tiers
Invite codes may grant temporary or expanded access for testers, friends, family, or early users. Waitlist submissions help RepIt Labs, LLC plan paid tier availability and outreach. RepIt Labs, LLC may modify, delay, revoke, or discontinue invite-code access, waitlist access, tiers, and features as the product develops.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid tiers are planned and may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Before paid billing begins, RepIt Labs, LLC should present the price, renewal timing, cancellation method, and other material subscription terms. Paid access must be verified by RepIt Labs systems before paid features are enabled. Future paid subscription terms may supplement or replace this section.
Training, Programming, And Wellness Content
RepIt Labs content is informational and operational. It may include timer setup, workout structure, programming ideas, recovery concepts, wellness education, and related resources. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, nutrition counseling, or a substitute for qualified professional guidance. Review the Disclaimer and Liability Waiver before using any training, programming, or wellness information.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for warming up, choosing appropriate loading and movement standards, using safe equipment, scaling workouts, stopping when needed, and seeking professional guidance before beginning or changing an exercise, nutrition, recovery, or wellness routine.
Intellectual Property
RepIt Labs names, logos, page designs, software, content, and related materials are owned by RepIt Labs, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create competing services from RepIt Labs materials without written permission.
Availability And Changes
RepIt Labs, LLC may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, gym environment, or display setup.
Limits Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RepIt Labs, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Additional risk allocation terms appear in the Liability Waiver.
