Assumption Of Risk

Exercise, training, conditioning, mobility work, recovery practices, wellness routines, and gym environments involve inherent risks. These risks may include muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, equipment accidents, overexertion, dehydration, heat illness, cardiovascular events, serious injury, disability, or death. By using RepIt Labs services, you knowingly and voluntarily assume these risks.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, physical condition, equipment, environment, movement quality, scaling choices, workout intensity, and compliance with professional guidance. You agree not to perform activities that are unsafe for you or your surroundings.

Release Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release RepIt Labs, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to your use of RepIt Labs services, including training, programming, wellness information, timer tools, account features, and content.

No Supervision

RepIt Labs services do not replace in-person coaching, medical screening, supervision, spotting, equipment inspection, or facility safety procedures. If you use RepIt Labs in a gym, class, workplace, event, or home setting, you remain responsible for following all applicable safety rules and professional guidance.

Programming And Wellness Use

You understand that programming and wellness recommendations are general resources and may not be suitable for every person. You agree to scale, modify, ignore, or stop any recommendation that is not appropriate for your ability, health, recovery, equipment, or environment.

Medical Conditions And Emergencies

You confirm that you are responsible for seeking medical clearance when appropriate. If you experience symptoms that may indicate a medical emergency, you agree to stop activity and seek immediate professional care.
